A Foot Up
Kiriko's keys rattled in the door of her apartment. It was Friday, the end of the week, and she wanted nothing more than to spend the night, and the rest of the weekend, relaxing with Ashe. She finished fumbling with her keys and slid the door open. "I'm home!" Kiriko shouted from the doorway as she slid the door shut. She walked into the kitchen, and placed her keys on the counter. She gazed into the hallway, waiting for Ashe to appear with a noticeable smile on her face. She knows Ashe needs time to move since her accident, but she waits in giddy anticipation nonetheless. She hops up on the counter and crosses her legs, swirling around her right foot with her shoe dangling from her toes. She'd dressed a bit nicer today. Scaled up from her typical casual outfit, she wore a comfy, blue, long sleeved dress with black flats on her feet.
